Shipping policy

At Good Card Club, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible within Europe. All orders are shipped from Belgium.

Order processing

Orders are typically shipped out within 1 business day after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates

Below are the shipping rates per country for home delivery:

  • Belgium: €5,99

  • Netherlands: €7,99

  • Germany: €7,99

  • France: €9,99

Estimated delivery times

  • Belgium: 2-4 business days

  • Netherlands: 2-4 business days

  • Germany: 4-6 business days

  • France: 4-6 business days

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

It may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipment has been dispatched.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, peak periods, strikes, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package is delayed, we recommend first checking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost, damaged, or stolen packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and product.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Split shipments

In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates where applicable.
